Chris Arnold was raised in Vermilion, Ohio and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, to study accounting. In 2002, after four years in accounting, Chris transitioned into a sales role for Fitzgibbons Arnold & Company, an independent insurance agency specializing in Property and Casualty, where he would join his father and two brothers.

Over the years, insurance has become a passion for Chris, and he cherishes the relationships he has cultivated throughout the industry. One of those relationships is with Bill Cosgrove, President & CEO of Union Home Mortgage, who helped Chris form Union Home Insurance Services in 2020.

Chris currently serves on multiple boards and is a member of both the Rotary Club of Lakewood & Rocky River and the City of Berea Planning Commission. Chris lives in Berea, Ohio, with his wife and three children. He also enjoys spending time with family, cheering on his kids at sporting events, and playing golf with friends and business clients.

Patti has been working in the insurance industry for 30 years as an account manager, delivering world-class customer service to all of her clients.

Throughout her career, Patti has worked with several independent agencies and a variety of insurance carriers. Patti lives in Grafton, Ohio, with her husband Dan.  She has four wonderful children and four adorable grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as shopping, doing puzzles, watching football, playing golf, and snowmobiling.

Colleen Hartman is a Buffalo, New York native who relocated to Northeast Ohio in the early 2000s. Colleen began her professional career in the mortgage industry working in closing, post-closing, and processing. She transitioned to roles in Property & Casualty as both a producer and account manager.

With her years of experience, Colleen works to provide world-class customer service to her clients and properly protect their assets. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys reading, cooking, and roller skating.

Lisa Wilson is a licensed insurance agent in the state of Ohio and has over ten years of customer service experience. Lisa graduated Cum Laude from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, While at Kent State University, she served as President of the American Marketing Association, taught entry-level courses, and completed multiple internships fulfilling different roles in business, such as customer service, marketing, promotions & accounting.  

Through Lisa’s early working career, whether it was managing an advertising sales team at KSU or working with an organization of local brewers in Oregon, her goal has remained consistent – ensuring all of our client’s needs are met and their expectations surpassed. 

For fun, Lisa loves traveling with her husband and son and recently moved back to Ohio from Oregon to be close to loved ones.

Dan brings three decades of insurance industry experience to the UHIS team. He has spent the bulk of his career as an entrepreneur, including operating his own insurance agency for 22 years. Helping clients protect their most important assets, while delivering premier customer service, has always been his focus.

Dan, his wife, and their furry, four-footed children reside in Westlake, Ohio. He serves on the board of his homeowner association, and he has been a volunteer leader for the Humane Society of the United States since 2013. Dan is an alumnus of Cleveland State University and
of Baldwin Wallace University.

Connie joined Union Home Insurance Services in 2023 as an account manager. She brings with her over 18 years of experience in personal lines working in independent agencies. She is dedicated to finding her clients the best coverage for the right price.

She has 2 adult children and resides in N. Ridgeville, Ohio. She enjoys traveling with her
husband of 10 years, going to estate sales, listening to audio books and spoiling her
Pekingese dog Chewy.
